Payment Method
We accept payments via wire transfer to our local bank accounts in the UK, Canada, Australia, USA, and Europe. Western Union and Paypal support Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Order Services
Almost all orders sent to NutriAvenue go through customs without a hitch.
If you order in bulk, you are more likely to incur tariffs. We cannot mark your package as a gift, reduce its value, or change the description on the customs form.
We are constantly working to understand the status of our products in other countries. It is up to you to ensure that you comply with the regulations applicable to your country.
Order processing is typically five to seven (5-7) business days.
Order delivery takes seven to eight (7-8) business days.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be confirmed on the next business day. Our warehouse facilities are unavailable these days.
If there is a problem with your order, we will keep you informed. Alternatively, please check your spam folder.
After we ship the package, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
OK. If the order has not been processed or shipped, you may cancel or make changes, and a full refund will also apply.

Transportation Services
The price we offer already includes the shipping fee.
We ship from our warehouse in Shanghai, China, and two warehouses in California and Florida, USA. We can ship to anywhere in the world except UAE, Qatar, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia.
Shipping delays are unusual but still unavoidable. We are not responsible for logistics provider guarantees. However, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at support@nutriavenue.com for further assistance.

Products Preservation
- Store the product in a cool and dry place.
- Do not freeze.
- Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- After opening, keep the product in its original packaging.
Most of our products have a 24-month shelf life when powders are stored regulated.
