Almost all orders sent to NutriAvenue go through customs without a hitch.
If you order in bulk, you are more likely to incur tariffs. We cannot mark your package as a gift, reduce its value, or change the description on the customs form.
We are constantly working to understand the status of our products in other countries. It is up to you to ensure that you comply with the regulations applicable to your country.
Order processing is typically five to seven (5-7) business days.
Order delivery takes seven to eight (7-8) business days.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be confirmed on the next business day. Our warehouse facilities are unavailable these days.

We ship from our warehouse in Shanghai, China, and two warehouses in California and Florida, USA. We can ship to anywhere in the world except UAE, Qatar, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia.
