Do You Have A Refund Policy?

Yes we have. We offer a 14-DAY 100% GUARANTEED REFUND! 

If within 14 days there were some concerns about the product like damages or wrong products sent or other valid reasons, then we can give you a refund.

How Can I Refund My Order?

For the Return period, you must contact us first at support@nutriavenue.com within 14 days from the delivery date.

Then,  we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

All Nutri Avenue products must be shipped back with the original packaging, but if not, an exchange will not be issued. We will then provide you with our return address.

Do I Have To Pay For The Shipping Of My Refund?

You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs, and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number, as Nutri Avenue will not be held responsible for lost returns.

Also, please indicate on the package “RETURN, NO DUTIES,” or your package will be returned to you.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received it within 14 working days.

What Is The Exchange Period?

We will provide exchange products within industry-leading thirty (30) days of the date that you receive your product.

May I Return Nutri Avenue Packages Without Contacting You Or Getting An RMA?

No.

You must contact us prior to sending your exchange as our return address is different from the address we ship our products from.

Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your exchange.

Please note that exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied, as returns cannot be accepted at our warehouse facility. 

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, you should do the following step:

First, check your bank account again.

Secondly, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. Oftentimes, a processing time is needed before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nutriavenue.com, and we will reply to you within 24 hours.
